Clearing my parents flat I Have found a plaque relating to Joseph Binning Col dated around 1899 to 1908. Not my family. I have more info to check it’s your family and want to reunite it with its rightful family descendants. Please get in touch.

Thanks for your help but I’d already found this information and more. What I’m trying to do is find a living relative who would like a commemorative plaque which was awarded to this man. If you have a Binning family tree that includes him please get in touch. I guess from his picture he would have been in his 50’s.
