John Ross Howe enlisted in the Jamaica War Contingent and soon was serving in the 2nd battalion in the British West Indies Regiment. He died of disease in a military hospital in Jamaica and was buried in up Park Camp Military Cemetery, Kingston, Jamaica. I find no catgory that fits. Is he a Canadian, Jamaican, or British soldier?

He is most likely British. My family had several members of the West Indies Regiment. My ggg-grandfather is also buried in Up Park Camp Cemetery, William Burke Nicolls, he was from Ireland.

A category has now been created for the regiment. As a cemeterist affiliate I'm starting to create memorials and  cemeteries categories for the West Indies.

Thank you. I did not know how best to do that.
