[[Lefebvre-2586]] and Lefebvre-534 appear to represent the same person because: I have detail on the -2586 individual that has been sourced. I would like to be added to the trusted list and/or manage this profile so that I can expand it and link it to a more extensive lineage

Hi Ken

When the surname or Last Name at Birth (LNAB) is identical, then merges always have to go from the largest number to the smallest, the system won't allow it to happen in reverse. So this merge will have to go from Lefebvre-2586 > Lefebvre-534.

However after the merge is completed usually both profile managers end up jointly managing the profile, and you can expand it and add more detail and sources then.

Go to his profile, and on the right hand side under the heading 'Collaboration', you'll find a link to request to join the Trusted List.

The merge was proposed 24 days ago. It can be completed as soon as both managers approve the merge or 30 days passes, whichever happens first. Just check back next week.  Although, now that you have added a duplicate father, the duplicate fathers should be merged before the duplicate sons are merged.
