Help create category for Arkansas Black Heritage?

Sorry for belaboring the question.

Can I get help creating a category like exists under Black_Heritage for Ohio?  
I'm working on profiles associated with West Rock, which was a  black settlement in Arkansas, Big Rock Township. Right now just have a free-space: page that falls under sub-cat Big Rock Township, Pulaski County, Arkansas.

Hi Frances, I have been cleaning up the US Black Heritage Project categories for the past year, to get them standardized and organized. Let me take a look at the Ohio structure, then see what we can do for Arkansas. I'll get right back to you...

Sure, let me check on that! We have a couple people on the US Black Heritage team who reorganized some of our category structures, I’ll see what we’re doing for this.
