BrickWall : My paternal Side is a mess (Schaya Perloff and others, Belarus and Poland?) Please Help !

Working on my paternal side is a nightmare, I can't find anything, I can't even narrow where to search, I'm desperate. I'll try to describe what I'm talking about as much as I can. 

Most of them ended in France and are my ancestors, I'm stuck with them because they are from another country.

Issue #1 : Schaya Perloff (Perloff-6)

Born the 7 Jul 1885, I don't really know where he is born and how to find his birth record. In his naturalization record, it says "Loguichine Russie" in french. I deduced that he was born in Lahishyn in Belarus, however I can't find anything else... Same about his parents : Chaim Perloff (born in Loguichine too, in french.) and Etta Jouzik (born in "Woulka (Russie)" in French as well). And his brother and sister : Fannie Perloff (born ca 1878), and Alteo Perloff. They are Jewish I think, but I couldn't find anything on JewishGen.

Issue #2 : Elka Berthe Abramski (Abramski-10)

Her birth date is non-consistant through her birth record / death date and everything I gathered around her. From what I've found she's born the 23 december 1868. It says 1857 on her naturalization record, 1869 on a weird census that I don't understand (in German maybe ?). Her parents are totally unknown and on her record it says she is born in "Goulenski (Russie)", however it might be in Poland when it was under Russian Empire. I'm lost there. On the French naturalization record it says "Grohlé (Russie)".

Issue #3 : Husband of Elka : Abraham Jacob Zarembovitch (Zarembovitch-2)

Abraham was born the 25th December 1859 in French in "Soivalk (Russie)" as described on a naturalization record... or it might be "Sejny Pologne" in French... He might be from poland. I don't know how to find his birth record. His parents are Moise Zarembovitch and Maria (Name unknown).

Issue #4 : Adolphe Fraiberg (Fraiberg-4)

I'm looking for his birth record and his parents. He is born in "Levei, Russie" (in French) the 15 august 1877. His parents are Alter Fraiberg and Feiga Aron.

Issue #5 : Benjamin Itzikovitz (Itzikovitz-8)

Born in "Iceksné, Russie" the 15 september 1857, I'm looking for his birth record or parents : Philippe Itzikovitz and Marie Schmidt.
 

Issue #6 : Berthe Haykovitz (Haykovitz-1)

Born in "Souvalki, Pologne" in French, she might be from poland. Born the 15 april 1860. Same with the others, I'm lost. Looking for her birth record or her parents : Bernard Haykovitz and Delphine Korizki.

It's been a while that I'm stuck with them and don't know what to do.

Soivalk, Souvalki, Woulka etc. are all Suwałki, but this could refer to the town, uyezd (district), or gubernia (governorate/province) of Suwałki, in the Russian Empire. Think of this as saying "I'm from New York" - I might be referring to the city of New York, county of New York, or state of New York. Sejny is a town 17 miles from the town of Suwałki, or the uyezd of Sejny, also in the gubernia of Suwałki. (https://www.jewishgen.org/Communities/community.php?usbgn=-527476)

Goulenski/Grohlé looks like it is Golińsk/Göhlenau, a location in Poland at 50°39' N 16°12' E

The records in JewishGen are incomplete, because so much information was lost during the Holocaust. It can be frustrating!

The Perloff family's names are very Jewish. You may also try under the spelling Perlov. 

Research in the ex-USSR/Russian Empire presents certain challenges. Usually I recommend to hire a local genealogist in Belarus; it's not free, but will lend more results, as very few records are online, and even fewer translated into English. You can also contact the Archives of Belarus.
