How do I add a tag for a person, rather than a surname which gives me literally hundreds of unrelated persons.

Unfortunately you can't tag for an individual. However, there is a great browser extension called Wikitree Bee. This allows you to create an extra watchlist of profiles of interest, which you can then easily check for recent changes.

A tag for an individual would not be particularly useful. What are you hoping the tag will help with? Maybe there's another way to achieve what you are hoping to do.

You just need to be on the trusted list of profiles, to get updates about the changes to those profiles.

In G2G, go to My Feed tab and then click onto the Add or Edit link. If entering more than one word, make sure to add an underscore between each word. Example: sunday_morning
