Error with duplicate ID when creating ...

Question

I can't add an individual, I get the error: "Error with duplicate ID when creating account for Månsdotter. Unable to create/save new mother."

I’ve tried to add her several times, cleared cache, switched webbrowser and made sure I started anew cause I know if you change something in the person you’re trying to add a family member to, you got an error similar to this. I searched her and can’t find a duplicate in the system if that’s where the problem is. I also asked a mentor/leader to add her to see if she gets the same problem which she does.

This should now be all set. We had an internal problem with Mansdotter that we needed to fix. Post again here if you have more trouble.

Hi Antonia, this may tie in to an issue we recently discovered during a GEDCOM import. I'll be sure that our tech folks see this.

That's right. We have a problem with the Mansdotter/Månsdotter WikiTree IDs. We should have it resolved soon. Sorry for the confusion, Antonia.
