Joshua Ely, b. Nottinghamshire 1652 and d. New Jersey 1702, is shown with the middle name "Billiard," He was a Quaker. I haven't found any evidence for this name, and it seems a bit out of place in 1652.
Is there any evidence to support Billiard as a middle name for Joshua? If not, I propose to delete it, (of course with a note in the Bio.)
