Welcome to Wikitree, Robert!

Is this your Samuel Dinwiddie?

If not, use the search box at the top of your profile to search for your family. You can search for individual names or use the wild card * in the first name field to search for anyone with that surname. Then narrow your results by date or location. Give that a try and come back here to the forum if you have any questions.

If it is, it does not look like there is any known relationship to Robert Dinwiddie (ca. 1693-1770), who is located at:

Samuel is from County Antrim, Ireland and Robert was born in Glasgow, Scotland.  There may be a relationship, but you'd have to develop the ancestry of both.
