{{Veteran Recognition

|branch=American Civil War
}}
Is this ok to use? Sometimes I don't know what regiment they served in yet. Here is a profile I used it on : Wilkins Marion Tidwell

side = USA
unit=13th Regiment, Maine Infantry enlisted=9 Dec 1861 rank=Corporal

I searched for an obit briefly couldn’t find any obit. Hope this helps in his genealogy research
The son Frank in 1905 just a few years before his parents passed did visit them as is mentioned here The Bangor Daily News Bangor, Maine 18 Aug 1905, Fri • Page 8

Wow! That’s a very interesting civil war vet!
Does he have a Wikitree profile? He would be a notable
