Is there a way to enable my browser's spellchecker in G2G?

Normally, my Chrome browser automatically spell checks what I write in edit boxes. This doesn't happen in G2G most likely due to the fancy word processor like features that I never use. This leads me to miss many speling mitsakes.
Is there a way to disable this fancy editor so I can get my spell checker back?

I see at least one spelling mistake in your comment you didn't miss! :D
Only 1? ;)
Okay, at least 2!

Do you have the Grammarly extension added to your Chrome browser? I would highly recommend adding it if you haven't already done so.

Grammarly...thanks, I will try it out. Misspelled
Ok, I'm giving Grammarly a try. Will it catch this speling mitsake? Nope, it didn't catch it.
Thanks for the suggestion, but it doesn't seem to work in the G2G text entry boxes.
Roland, I noticed that it did not on the first try but when I reopened the edit box it did.

I just confirmed. Opening a reply does not activate Grammarly but when you reopen to edit it does activate.
I'm glad it's working for everyone!
