If someone asks to go on the Trusted list, who authorises it?

Any Profile Manager or Trusted list member can authorize (approve) a request to be added to the Trusted List of a Profile.  Only Profile Managers can approve others as a Profile Manager.

Keith is correct.

When you request to join a Trusted List, an e-mail is sent to the Profile Manager(s). Technically, anyone else on the Trusted List can add you, but only the managers will get the e-mail.

And when the Profile manager gets the email, does the profile manager, then comform it through the e-mail? (correct)
