I have been using it all afternoon with no problems. Maybe it a browser thing... I am no techie so can't help, sorry!
Thanks, I'll try switching browsers.

This is the error I get: Unfortunately, something went wrong, and we are unable to display the search results. Try refreshing the page, or come back later.
I'm getting the same thing. It appears that if you're doing it through RootsSearch, it's failing to autofill the search boxes when it goes to FamilySearch. At the moment, it appears you'll just have to enter all the info in the search boxes manually on the FamilySearch website, and you'll get results. Hopefully whatever is happening gets resolved soon.

Hi Karen,

RootsSearch and FamilySearch should be working again :)

I was having the same issue, but relax as you cannot control network related issues. These things can sometimes be weather related (today we have a high and widespread wind event which can cause such outages). You can access other websites often because the servers are located elsewhere. I would check just check back from time to time. It may recur again until the weather improves. Possible workaround is if you have a VPN, simply route through say Dallas, for example. I did that and was able to connect.
Happy to advise it is now working again. Thank you everyone for your responses.
