Hi William,

I have looked briefly for a William McCoy, born circa 1868 in Ontario, but have only found one who was living in Hastings County in 1871.

I have made some notes on William's profile, please feel free to edit them as you like.

I think we need a bit more information before we can find/confirm his parents.

Also, do you know what religion they were? If they were Roman Catholic there is a chance to find them in the church records.
