In my particular line of Behle family members, there are no Jewish born that I know of. All were Catholic. However, there are definitely Jewish Behle family members in Israel that I have been in contact with. I have not established a connection as their family records were lost in the Holocaust. So yes, there are Jewish born Behles. I am not familiar with Howard Franklin Behle. I hope this helps a little at least,
