That she was married in Texas, United States, could be entered in the marriage data field.  If you know the the date - even if just the year (you have the marriage as a source), you should also enter that in the marriage data field.

The more information you can give us, the better we can help you.

We found a Marriage Record in Hill County Texas, license on 25 Dec 1880, marriage on 26 Dec 1880 to William H. Coster, but can find no other records on Annie.

Does she have a profile on FamilySearch?
Yes, we found a picture of the marriage record there.
Is it possible that she was married before Coster?  That "Fairbanks" was actually another married name?  (Looking for any ideas that might help.)

Our ancestors tended to move across the country in family/friend groups.

There are two Fairbanks families in the 1880 U.S. Census of Hill County, Texas, (a) the family of John Fairbanks in Justice Precinct 4 and (b) the stepchildren on William Wise in Justice Precinct 4.

If it were me, I would start researching those families, with the ages and the locations, it makes sense that there would be a connection there.
