Profiles of family members present that could be updated by linking to other websites

Its about being able to link Wikitree profiles to external public websites and not having to type in new info or updates..

Hello Stuart, I have found it is not that easy.  I started with the family bible, documents and photographs.  There are endless fragmented replicates of my ancestors that exist on on other genealogy websites that are poorly citated.  WikiTree is about accuracy and well worth the effort.

I downloaded my GEDCOM from Wikitree and uploaded it to Ancestry very easily.

Linking to other sites with often dubious accuracy and lack of sources does not help, it only encourages the spread of inaccurate information.
