A new milestone for WikiTree!

Question

This past week (I missed the exact day, even with my numbers OCD), WikiTree passed over 200,000 Honor Code Signatories! That's a little more than 22% of all WikiTree members.

(WikiTree sets off fireworks....)

Only 22%???  What can be done to improve this number?

A lot of people come here, create a profile for themselves and never get any further. I'm not sure what can be done for that. We do have greeters that leave messages and can help new arrivals if they want help.

yea I was also surprised that it was so low. I thought it would be so much higher.

Some people join only to add their DNA test information because they have family members who are active on WT who want them to do it.  Some of these people, including some of my relatives, will probably never become active.

We're also getting pretty close to 30 million profiles! Looks like mid-March for that.
