Do photos, if tagged, on wiki tree appear in a Google search?

Majority of my ancestral photos are tagged with the names of those appearing in that photo. If I search by that name on Google are they accessible? I.e. appearing in the search.

I just tested by searching for one of my ancestor's name followed by image and it was the first one that came up on Google. The photo also had the Wikitree ID as an identifier.

I'd guess there's probably not a single yes/no answer applicable to every photo, but I have seen photos that I posted to WikiTree, along with the tags that I added, appear in Google searches.  I'm not sure how long it typically takes Google to find stuff we post and display it, but they normally don't seem to identify the source.
