how to change a maiden name from unknown

Question

So the wife of an ancestor was added by another person and they did not know the lady's maiden name set set it to unknown.

I have seen this and know what that maiden name is but when I go to edit the information the LNAB is not accessible.

 

What to do?

Hello Mark, on the profile click the link to send  private message to the profile manager and if you have sources add to the message and they can make the change,

Mark, Only the profile manager is able to change the LNAB regardless of the privacy settings so you need to contact the manager for this profile and give them your information.
