Advice before merging these pre-1700 Penoir-Pennoyer profiles?

Pennoyer-1 is a duplicate of Penoir-2 (side-by-side comparison) so they should be merged.

Should I contact one of the pre-1700 projects or know about any style guidelines before proceeding?

Or perhaps someone with more WikiTree experience would like to complete the merge? Let me know if you do. Thanks!

Looks like a solid merge - both profiles need a biography and better sourcing, Pennoyer-1 at least has more of the family. Pennoyer seems like a better supported spelling (http://freepages.rootsweb.com/~fesschequy/genealogy/Pennover.html)

They should be merged. I am the manager of [[Pennoyer-12]], Abigail's father. I have been working on improving the profiles of the family as I have a lot of sources and other information. The name has many variations, so it has been challenging to adhere to LNAB rules. If you are interested in collaborating, please send me a message.

There are also multiple profiles for Abigail's parents.

Penoyer-14 and Pennoyer-12 (Thomas)

Knap-11 and Knapp-1032 (Lydia)

A LNAB should be determined first with sources for each of the parents.  The duplicate parent profiles should then be merged first, prior to merging the two profiles for Abigail.
