Looking for information on Jackson Baggett from Tennessee.

The only information I have on my great great grandfather Jackson Baggett is his date of birth; which is August 1831.
He was buried in an unmarked grave in Tennessee and I am a descendant of his second wife, Margaret Elizabeth Ladd.

I would love to find out his parents name or Margaret's parents names.

Thank you

Dear Debbie - GREAT NEWS!  First of all, according to KENTUCKY BIRTH RECORDS (from Ancestry.com), MARGARET E LADD was born Aug 8, 1858 in Crittenden Co., Kentucky; her father is DAVID LADD, her mother is LUISA HAMBY.

And according to TENNESSEE DEATH RECORDS (from Ancestry.com), MARGARET E BAGGETT, born Aug 8, 1859 in Kentucky; died at the age of 76 years on Nov 7, 1935 in Erin, Houston Co., Tennessee; she was buried in the Ham Cemetery; she was widowed; her father is LADD, who was born in Kentucky; her spouse is JACK BAGGETT.  (Death Certificate #24700) (FHL Film #1876831)

The HAM CEMETERY is located in Stewart Co., Tennessee.

I found MARGARET E LADD and her parents, on the 1860 West half of Crittendon Co., Kentucky Census (Post Office is Dycusburg).  She is listed as age 1, born in Kentucky.

Now, for JACKSON "JACK" BAGGETT - I was unable to confirm his exact death date, except that he died between the 1900 and 1910 Census.  He may have died in Houston Co., TN, where he lived in 1900, or in Stewart Co., TN, where MARGARET and the children lived in 1910.

The GOOD NEWS is I found information on your JACKSON "JACK BAGGETT on "stewartcountymeetingplace.blogspot.com" -  Look for the post of Aug. 25, 2009 and you will find additional information!

Hope this information helps you!  Sincerely, Melinda
