I working on confirming my DNA relatives but each one I match I receive a message that the confidence level is uncertain because one or more profiles are marked as non-biological. How do I find which profile is showing a parent a non-bilogical?

When you check "relationship to me" with a potential cousin, you will see the list of ancestors back to your most recesnt common ancestor (MRCA).  You will see beside their names whether their connection is confident, unknown, uncertain, etc.  Then you can correct that issue on a one to one basis, if you know the status.  this link will help you, Gloria.
