Linda,

Would you please look for William T Barry born in the 1800's Virginia or Kentucky and his wife Mary Ann Rankin unknown when born but should be in Virginia or Kentucky too.  Only other info I have on them is one son George William Barry 3 May 1854 Prairie, Randolph, MO - 15 May 1930 St. Louis, St. Louis, MO, who married Lucille Ellen Gentry 1868-1941.

Thank you

What is their profile numbers?

I am looking up George William Barry in St. Louis in 1930 and will look up his wife, but his parents, I would need a little more info on them. :)

The only ones I found were:
1. St Louis Post Dispatch, 17 march 1941, page 19. James Francis Barry, son of Margaret O'Meara Barry, brother of Daniel J., Marie & George T. Barry; nephew of Nellie Pontal and Nora Buffern...
2. The St.  Louis Star & Times, 17 Jan 1941, pg. 16, Burial Permit for Lucy (Lucille) Ellen Barry, 72, 4024 Walsh.

Let me know if you need more from the first one. The second one is all there is to it.
George Barry: Barry 5200

William Barry: Barry 5211

Thank you for your help.

I do not need the info on James Francis Barry.

And unfortunately, I do not have any more info on William Barry sad he is my brick wall!

Thanks again for trying

Linda,

Maybe you can help me determine when Daisy G Pike Beard or Pike-5540 passed away. She was born 1878 in Westmoreland county, Pennsylvania, married Clinton Howard Beard. By 1930 they were in Michigan, first in Macomb then in 1940 Detroit, Michigan. Her husband passed in 1942, Index states he was married so expect Daisy was still living in the area. She has not been found with any of her children to date, and no index found in any state showing when she may have passed.

If  you can assist great as I will be updating her profile today

Edit: one HUGE THANK YOU for your assistance

Let me take a look... :)
Thanks I received a hint it may be 1961 in New York, I do not put much stock in it, other than her daughter Blanche was a private in the WAC in 1945

Is it possible she could have died in New York? I can't fina an obituary in Michigan but on Ancestry I see this death records: from the NY State Death Index

Name: Daisy Pike
Gender: Female
Age: 82
Birth Date: abt 1879
Residence Place: Bushes Bridge, Erie, New York, USA
Death Date: 26 Dec 1961
Death Place: New York, USA
Certificate Number: 86283

I have no clue, she just disappears, her daughter was in the Army a private WAC, so anything is possible,  HUGE THANKS for the look see. I have 3 in that family that  just disappear without a trace. For now I will leave it as unknown

Hello Linda,

Thank you for the offer! I was hoping to get some more information about my 3rd great grandfather, Augustus Wilhelm Miller. He died on  in Brooklyn, Kings, New York, United States.

Thank you!

I will check for you in the morning, Missy. :)
Missy, I'm not sure these articles apply, but I posted a couple on his page, and the 2nd article posted is one of many articles related to that. I searched "Augustus Miller" 1830-1952 in New York which brought up the second article. I hope this helps!

Linda

Yikes! surprise Thank you for looking.

In 1850, he was married to my 3rd great grandmother, a father of 3, and working as a druggist in a drug store. I wonder if that is him. Then I thought it could be his son, but his son was just a young pre-teen and born in America. Augustus Sr died just 2 years later. Now I am going to order his death certificate just to see how and where he died. He was buried in the same cemetery as his wife and children. If he committed a capital crime, would he not have been, at least, in jail?
