What is this Woman's Maiden Name (apparently born in Lorraine, France)?

Euphrasie Josephine Eugenie Euphrasie “Flossie” Monpeurt

Here are either versions of her maiden name, from transcriptions of her children's records:

Flossie Mophet Momfert Momperb Moffat

Here is her husband  https://www.wikitree.com/wiki/Speicher-1058

(I am attaching their children, at least one of whom is unconnected from the main tree). The husband is German, from the Saarland, he is a distant relation of mine.

I could create her now, but I am not sure of the maiden name, so hesitate...

Definitely Monpeurt, the other ones are probably embarrassed registrars' attempts to transcribe French sounds they were not used to.

Here's her birth certificate! (p. 133, top right)

BTW the record for their marriage seems to be missing (at least online) but it appears on a decade-table here (p. 202)

She was born on Oct. 22nd, 1860, and they got married on september 17th, 1878. Both events happened in Moyeuvre-Grande, Moselle. Her parents were François Édouard Monpeurt, adjuster, age 40 at the time of her birth and Catherine Luc, housewife, age 39.

Thank you very much, Léa (edit: I used laptop).
