Likely does not exist.

Mississippi started requiring birth certificates in 1912. General compliance was not achieved until 1921.

However, some counties may have earlier birth records. If they exist, they would be filed with the specific county, and not the state.

It doesn't look like birth registration started in Lawrence County, Mississippi until 1912.  https://www.familysearch.org/en/wiki/Lawrence_County,_Mississippi_Genealogy

If you know the church she attended you could see if they have a baptism or christening record.  Marriage, death and census records are online:
