Looking for pre 1910 info on Joseph M. Miller and family born in Newark New Jersey around 1893.

Question

According to my grandmother, both of Joseph's parents died during a flu epedimic.  Joseph Miller, along with his older brother (name unknown) were sent to a Catholic Orphanage in Cincinatti Oh. probably late 1800's/early 1900's.  Both eventually ran away.  Joseph shows up in 1910 census in the Warren Pennsylvania area.  He later marries my Grandmother.  No known information on his parents or older brother.  1910 census of Joseph shows his parents born in New Jersey. 1920 Census of Joseph shows his mother born in France, and father born in Germany.

Joseph Miller married Ann Irene Witz at Cuyahoga County, OH 12 Jun 1923. His parents are Michael Miller and Catherine Mathers.

That info appears to be the marriage of Rebecca Miller in 1891.  Although her parents had the same first names as Joseph's, I don't think it could be Joseph's sister.  Thanks for your help though.
