Whilst there is a marriage between a Kate Ethel Maude Hale to Walter Moore is listed in Camberwell in 1905, it is not possible to be finite that it is Sydney's parents. The fact that Walter & Kate were living in Carshalton, Surrey in 1911, does not offer comfort.
