Seeking help in finding ancestors of Thomas Baker [closed]

Question

Thomas Baker's father's information is uncertain.

I saw that John Annable (Annable-4) had a daughter, Mary Annable (Annable-334) who married a Thomas Baker who died in Shrewsbury. I created a profile for Thomas' father with rough estimated dates. (Baker-56435) Still seeking birth and death information for Thomas' father and to ascertain Thomas' paternal grandparents.

As noted in my response to a comment, there are two individuals named Thomas Baker, both who married a Mary, seemingly both with the purported same birth date, and both from Massachusetts.

I have found a birth record for Thomas 20 Nov. 1710 in Ipswich to Thomas and Mary Baker.

And then a marriage of Thomas Baker to Mary Annable 27 Nov. 1703 in Ipswich.

I couldn't chase Thomas Sr. back any farther, but I did find a Mary Annable born 7 Dec. 1684 in Ipswich that would work within the timeline.

Yes and thank you. The birth record is new and it fits with the other two records. I still hope to confirm the paternal grandparents.

I have found a Thomas Baker born 17 Feb. 1687/88 to Thomas and Priscilla Baker in Topsfield, Mass.  I had found a profile on ancestry.com that didn't have any sources but led me to look in the town of Boxford.  There were no birth records in that town, but the next nearest town of Topsfield (3 miles) had this record:

I looked at the Thomas Baker born 17 Feb. 1687/88 . He is (Baker-352) born in Topsfield and died in Boxford in 1729.

With Mary (Capen) Griffin (Capen-2) from Boxford, Baker-352 had a son, Thomas Baker (Baker-35236) purportedly born on 20 Nov 1710 in Ipswich and died in Topsfield in 1777.

Compare that to Thomas Baker (Baker-1230) born on 20 Nov 1710 in Ipswich to Thomas Baker (Baker-56435) and Mary (Annable) Baker  (Annable-334) and who died in Shrewsbury in 1769.

Two different individuals both named Thomas and born in 1710 and who married different individuals both named Mary and one died in 1679 and the other in 1777.

Only one of the two is likely born on 20 November 1710 in Ipswich, but which one???? (Baker-35236) or (Baker-1230)

Thomas of Shrewsbury, died 1769, wife Mercy/Marcy, son Daniel. Seems to fit. His will starts on image 704.

It appears to be the original will, so you also get a nice copy of his signature. Bonus points ;)

See page 30 in the ''Family register of the inhabitants of the town of Shrewsbury'' which says they arrived from Westborough (next town east). Daughter Mary's birth is recorded in Westborough VRs: p. 11.

It mentions that daughter Catherine was baptised in Shrewsbury in 1740. The Congregational church records can be found here, though for Shrewsbury they are not indexed or transcribed:
