The order of birth for my sister and I is wrong, how do I correct it please

Not sure what you mean exactly, but the list of siblings is ordered by the exact date of birth. So you should check both yours and hers.

If it is on the profile as text, you can simply change it.

We cannot see your sister as she is living, hence hidden.

My sister Margaret Milne Andrell is my twin sister we were born on same day and she is the eldest out of us both, for some reason it shows me first?.

I don't think you can change that, as it will list you alphabetically when it's the same date.  (It does the same with my great-grandmother and her sister.)
Just explain it in the biography section for both of you -- even if we can't see it because you're living.

Well, hey, her feathers shouldn't be ruffled -- she should see it as a compliment!  How often do we "fight" to be seen as younger than we are?    
You only need to read a few census records to see that.  And the men weren't above lowering their age at times, too, to seem younger - or older.
(I'm one of the forever 21 brigade -- except in my head I still look as I did at 18, no matter what my mirror shows, or my factual side says.)

My gr-grandma was relegated to being the younger, as well -- she was Margaret and her sister was Elizabeth.

Lol man the amount of Margaret's that crop up on both sides of my family trees is unbelievable, I could write a real pity book on the other  christian names in the families. We who not named generation after generation Margaret I salute you all lol.

I went to school with 5 sisters that all had Anne in their Christian name eg Dianne Suzanne, Annette, Marianne, Annemaire.

Guess what their mother's christian name was lol
