Certain Databases at FamilySearch not available recently

Hi there: Has anyone recently encountered that various databases at FamilySearch are not available? So far, two of my most used ones are giving error messages when I try to access them. I have e-mailed FamilySearch about this.

It happens when I try to browse the database. I am using FireFox web browser.

Quebec Catholic Parish registers, 1621-1979: https://www.familysearch.org/search/collection/1321742

and Massachusetts, Town Clerk and Vital Records, 1626-2001: https://www.familysearch.org/search/collection/2061550

Thanks.

I just tried both of the above links, could search and get results. I am using Chrome.
Hello Nancy. Thank you for the reply. Did you try browsing these databases? That is when I get the error message. A lot of both databases is not indexed, so it must be browsed.

Jim
Well, this is interesting. Just tried this with Microsoft Edge browser and both work fine. Quite strange, as the FireFox browser is generally very reliable. I will see what the good people at FamilySearch say when they reply to me e-mails.

So this problem is overcome, but not solved as I really like the FireFox browser and use it most often.

Thanks to those who replied. Jim
Hi Nancy. If you change this to an answer, I can select it as the Best Answer, as you gave me the hint that it might be my browser. Jim
Even if you are at a Family History Center Firefox does not work for a number of resources. You have to use Chrome.

I my opinion, creating a web resource that does not work in a major browser poor programming.
Thank you. Quite strange as both of these databases were working fine with Firefox up to about a week or so ago.

Waiting for an answer to my email from FamilySearch and I will question why FireFox won't work.

Jim
I was also having trouble accessing some of the Family Search pages via the Firefox web browser, but was also able to successfully reach the same pages via the Edge web browser.

After I cleared the familysearch.org cookie and site data in the Firefox settings and restarted, I was then able to successfully reach the same pages via Firefox, and I haven't experienced any such problems with Family Search pages on Firefox since then.
Hello Rick: Thank you that worked. I have never bothered with clearing Firefox cookies before, only history.

If you change your comment to an answer, I can select it as the Best Answer. Jim

Oops - meant that to be an answer. Thanks!

Hello Rick:

Thank you for this suggestion. I always clear my browsing history, but was not aware that I should also be clearing cookies. This worked. Jim

Yes, I'm have a great deal of difficulty accessing files. It seems to have started after the "upgrade." Missing links, getting their errors pages about uploading and just a white page, etc.  I replied to a person who said the same thing on FS and was told it was probably on my end. However, doing every suggested thing didn't help. Ocassionally, I can backdoor into info off the internet, but once I'm in, I get those errors and blank pages again.
