Multiple reports of rejected matches with the same ID

Several G2G posts in recent weeks about "rejected matches" in which a profile has a rejected match to itself apparently have been overlooked. It seems inefficient to create a new G2G question every time one of these appears, and it is discouraging to contributors when they report a bug and get no response.

It seems to me that a separate bulletin board for bug reports would reduce the chance of these reports being overlooked. I suggest doing that. In the meantime, is there something that contributors should be doing differently so that our bug reports don't get overlooked among the requests for genealogy help?
