What is the correct format to cite Victorian and New South Wales BDM records without using a web hyperlink?

I would like to follow the Wikitree policy and style guidelines but am not familiar with the construction of BDM citations in the profiles I am using. Is there an example of how to create them? Currently all I have is the weblink to the relevant records on the state BDM websites.

Victoria and New South Wales don't have links to the results.  Whatever YOU see, is for your session only.

The way I do it (others may differ) is to link to the appropriate search - New South Wales - (https://familyhistory.bdm.nsw.gov.au/lifelink/familyhistory/search/births (or deaths, or marriages)), and then type in the information from the results page.
This allows for anyone wishing to redo the search to either do it all, or just use the registration number.

Similarly for Victoria.  I link to the search page - - https://www.bdm.vic.gov.au/research-and-family-history/search-your-family-history -- then type in the information from the results so anyone wishing to redo the search, can.

I normally start from the Australia Project page on Sources and Citations - https://www.wikitree.com/wiki/Space:Australia, Sources and Citation Examples.

From there you can navigate to the specific examples you want -
