You did not specify what Vanturini relatives you are looking for.  Do you have a wikitree ID number that references the correct profile?

What was his name?  Where, when was he born/died?  Do you have the spouses name?

Only know of card that was from his "son" that was found after his death hidden in drawer,know that his mistress was one of his nurses when he was ill,a girl with an island accent...worked in hospital in Bethpage.

Go to Vanturini Family Genealogy Forum it is surname specific you might find someone who recognizes your particular instance.  Too little information for me to track down your relative.  Perhaps they will be more helpful.  Best of luck I hope it works for you.
