How do I export a GEDCOM that excludes living generations?

I use Family Origins software. I'd like to upload to Wikitree the data on past generations, which could be made public. But I don't want to include living, or even recently decesased people. If I specify the number of generations, that would work, but I don't know that the software allows that. I'm hoping I don't have to make each individual separately, but perhaps that's what's needed? Alternatively, can I just make the excluded people visible to family members I invite personally? Thanks.

I'm not familiar with Family Origins, so I don't know about its export abilities, but I can answer from the importing to WikiTree perspective.

WikiTree is designed to be used both for older, public genealogy, and for modern, private genealogy. If you import living people, they will be made Private, meaning only people you add to the Trusted List will be able to see them. After importing, just check over everything to make sure they have the right privacy levels.
