Seek help displaying both LNAB and CLN--Susanna (Firestone) Firestone

Susanna Firestone, daughter of John F. Firestone, married in Wayne County, Ohio, 26 August 1838, Leander Firestone, son of Daniel Firestone.

When I enter her LNAB as Firestone and then add her current last name as Firestone, the name on her profile reports only "Susanna Firestone." As the wife of Leander Firestone, she is again reported as "Susanna Firestone" on his profile (Firestone-324).

There doesn't seem a way to present her name as Susanna (Firestone) Firestone.

Is there a way to force a fix to this duplicated LNAB and CLN issue?

Nope.  Just be sure to explain it fully in the biography.

The way the name displays does not give any information about a person's marriage status (which is why males can show as John (Smith) Smythe). It gives information about the person's name at birth and the name they died with. So if it didn't change, there is no reason to list it twice.

Thanks Jamie, for this an all you do in support of WikiTree.

I appreciate your communication. Still, in contrast, listing a woman's maiden name parenthetically is so common that I would consider it accepted, if not standard nomenclature.

Another approach is to write, for example, Susan Firestone, née Firestone. --Gene

A woman whose married surname is the same as her maiden surname does not acquire an additional surname through marriage.
