I am having problems getting my DNA test

Perhaps you could elaborate - the nature of the problem is not clear.
If you are having trouble finding were to edit test details in WikiTree click "Family Tree & Tools" on profile you want to add test data, scroll all the way down to "Tests of (name)'s DNA"

As Darryl said, we really need more information in order to answer your question correctly. You need to build out your tree more if you are looking for more DNA connections if that's what you are looking for. Or you would have to go to the companies (23andMe, Ancestry, etc.) that you took the original test if you are looking to "download" the raw DNA file. But you really need to provide more information.  We are a very helpful lot here on Wikitree, but you need to let us know what you need.

Thank you so much, its a little confusing for me,  I have stage 4 cancer and a tumer in my brain cause some problems sometimes. I need help with coneting my family togeather for my tree. I would like to know my family befor the end of time.  Also would love for my kids to know there heritage. I Thank you so much for your time

Sorry to hear about your situation. I have looked at your tree that you have here on WikiTree and from what I can tell, you are not yet connected to the global tree. Can you add any more of your ancestors? It looks like one of your grandmothers is still living.  Perhaps you can add her parents? The only way for this to work is to keep adding ancestors until you can connect up to the global tree. I had to go back to my great grandparents before I started seeing matches.
