Does anyone have any information on a Todd Elliott born in Pennsylvania approximately Sept 1881?

I am looking for any possible information on a Todd Elliott born 1881, married to Marry Crissey Elliott 1903?  He lists Pittsburgh as his place of birth on his WWI papers, but I can find no record. The family settled in Johnstown Pa, and 4 are burried there?  This is my great grandfather and I would appreciate any help.

Todd Elliott 21y married Mary H. Crissey, 22y,on 25 Jun 1903 at Johnstown, Cambria, PA. The bride's father was John Chrissey and the mother was Mary.
