Advice before adding of this pre-1700 Courtenay profile?

I can add a to the profile of Peter Courtenay. This is who I can add:

  • His father William Courtenay, his mother's husband.

These are the sources I am using:

Should I contact one of the pre-1700 projects or know about any style guidelines before proceeding? Thank you!

Yes, you should contact someone on a pre-1700 project.  In the upper left of you home page, select Help, and then select Help from the pick list.  You can then scroll down to Projects and find one that seems relevant.

In this case, a probable Project will be the England Project.  

However, since Peter's father will be a pre-1500 profile, you will not be able to add him and need to contact Peter's Profile Manager.
