New Categories Please

Looking for some kind assistance in creating the categories below please

South African Bush War/Border War 1966-1989

If at all possible please also include the year dates

I have created the first category and am working on the others - a matter of determining which parent category. You can perhaps pad out the text on them.

First one:

Category:Died in Military Service, South Africa, South African Bush War (1966-1989)

ETA: Missing in Action and Killed in Action also created now.
