WE HAVE FOUND HINTS OF MICHAEL FILBERT ON WILLIAM JOSIAH FILBERT'S BIRTHCERTIFICATE THUR ANCESTRY. HE IS MY ANCESTOR. HIS WIFE WAS ELIZABETH BRESSLER OR PRESSLER, BUT WE CANNOT FIND HIM AFTER OR BEFORE 1829. WILLIAM JOSIAH FILBERT THEN WENT TO OHIO AND SETTLED IN INDIANA. WILLIAM DIED IN 1929 IN ELKHART INDIANA. IN OUR RESEARCH WE HAVE A MICHAEL FILBERT IN THE POOR HOUSE WHO LATER HANGED HIMSELF BUT WE DO NOT BELIEVE THAT IS HIM. THERE ARE NO CONNECTING FACTS.
