Opening profile

This profile meets the requirement to be opened. Born in 1871. Could this profile be opened?

I'm somewhat surprised that a profile without a profile manager, even if it is a private profile, can't be adopted.

It's because it is privacy locked that makes it unadoptable until after it is opened.

So who can fix this?

Hi Linda. At the bottom of the yellow-bordered box starting "Only the Trusted List can access the following" on the profile, click the link

   [open profile request]

then fill in the form on the new web page that opens.
