Merging same person two different spellings of the first name.

I am new to this system so I need help.  On Jefffrey-697 & Jeffery-783. They are the same person but first name is spelled different, Do I Merge? What name should I use?

Rebecca and Rebekah are both acceptible spellings, if you can determine which was usded during her life, use that and note that the other spelling has also been used. If you can't determine which, choose one and explain the other.

You can make them an unmerged match and explain in the comment that the correct spelling of the first name needs to be resolved before they can be merged.

This is something that the 2 different profile managers need to collaborate on - it is not your responsibility, although if you have evidence of which spelling is correct, you can certainly offer it.
