Tyler, we need a bit more to go on. About when and where was she born/married/died? Children's names, etc...

Germanus Philip Pinkelman, death, 7 Jul 1994, Sylvania, Lucas, OH80yrs old, widowed. Father's surname, Pinkelman, mother's surname. Bettinger. Birth date 30 Jul 1913 in Lucas Co., OH 

Florence Eckle, born 1919, Ohio, mother, Bessie W. Eckle. Father George E. Eckle. Lived in Cleveland, Cuyahoga Co., OH during 1920 and 1930 United States Census. Her mother was born in W. VA. Both parents were 40y in 1820, Florence I. Eckle was 1y, 3m in 1920. Her older sister, Viola M. was 18, brother, Wendal N. was 11, and Elinore B. was 9. A George B. Asmus was living in the household 43y, b. W. VA. 

Bessie W. Eckle's brother was 53y and living with Bessie and her children. Florence Eckle was 11y at the time of the census in Cleveland (Districts 719-840), Cuyahoga, OH.

Let me add that in the 1930 United States Census, Bessie W. Eckle is head of the household in Cleveland (Districts 719-840), Cuyahoga County, Ohio. She is 50y and widowed. Since her brother, who is living with her and her offspring is George B. Asmus,  her maiden name is likely Asmus.
