Wisconsion civil records for Archer/McEwen ex Ireland , 1850-1880

I'd like to determine if Henry McEwen and Nancy Archer [[Archer-6142]] of Wisconsin (USA) are the same people as Henry McKowen/McKeown and and Nancy Archer [[Archer-6180]] of Ballyriff, Co. Londonderry, Ireland.

Are there any Wisconsin civil records available that might help with this?

The census shows Nancy is roughly the same age, and born Ireland but I am hoping for something more specific to confirm it, e.g. a more narrow location, or a parent or relative's name.

Pre-1907 Wisconsin Vital Records are available at the Wisconsin Historical Society https://www.wisconsinhistory.org/Records/Article/CS15307 , including searchable online index.

However, some records of births, deaths, marriages, and divorces that I KNOW happened in Wisconsin before 1907 are frustratingly not in the index. So I consider it helpful, but not necessarily the final word.
