Since your email address and other personal information connected to your WikiTree profile is private, there are very few people here who are able to directly assist you with this. I suggest these two courses of action to conact them quickly and get this resolved smoothly... First, emial Info@WikiTree.com explaining the issue. Include all of the information they could possibly need to prevent a back-and-forth and instead be helped promptly. That will solve the issue, but another thing you can do also or instead is to edit your question posted above and add the tag "Team". This will notify them of your posting here in G2G through their G2G Activity Feeds. If you need any more help with it just say the word :)
