Looking for Burial Location/Information for Elmer R Springer and wife

Question

I am searching for burial location and information for Elmer Rutan Springer and his wife Bertha Laura Lee Springer. All of their ancestors lived in the Indiana, Pennsylvania area and I have found burials there going way back. I just cannot locate theirs. I have tried various searches and found some saying Elmer died in Washington DC, but no luck finding their burial locations or any other information.

According to the obit he is interred in Indianna PA I can add the obit to his profile if you like. His date of death is April 3 according to the obit. Bertha is buried at Oakland Cemetery according to her death cert.

There are 2 Oakand Cemeteries one at Deckers Point, Indiana County, Pennsylvania  USA the other is Indiana, Indiana County, Pennsylvania  USA there are no phone numbers listed but I have found if you contact the cemetery they are pretty helpful in providing information.
