G2G: How can I get access to my g-grandfather

Question

I have been manually entering my immediate family and when I put my g-grandfather in, I discovered that another user already had him in the system. I've messaged them, posted a bulletin board message on their profile page, and contacted support twice. STILL cannot get access. What can be done?
