Should this be moved from a category of its own to this guy's page.

He probably should be project protected and have a bio.

Maybe he has other profiles?

Maureen, this is a very unusual use of categories. The person who created it is no longer on Wikitree.  Most (not all) of the content on its page should be moved to the bio of Robert Hunt. I don't know what happens to categories that are no longer linked to. Maybe like photos they just disappear.
