Garcia family Santa Barbara, Chihuahua

Question

My grandchildren's father (Garcia-1537) was born in January 1961 in Santa Barbara, Chihuahua, Mexico.  His parents are Feliciano Garcia and Lucilla Santana. There were 5 brothers (I have profiles with only their parents as information).

Lucilla died in about 1966/67 of appendicitis, Eduardo and his brothers were raised by their grandmother.  I believe they were in Juarez at that time.

Eventually Eduardo and his father and brothers ended up in Albuquerque, New Mexico.

His daughter's DNA on 23andme shows 22% Native American and 70% European.

The only verification or reference I have proving his existance is his marriage license and his name on the two girls birth certificates.

Please steer me in the right direction of find more about his ancestory so my granddaughters can have something on that side of their tree.

Thank you to all who provided dates and sources.  Actually, our Eduardo is alive and well, living in California.  I would like to find information about his parents and other ancestors in Mexico.  I do not have any record of Eduardo's birth in Mexico.

The baptism records only go up to 1957, but if Eduardo had older siblings you may find their baptism records.

My real search is for his birth in Mexico and any information about his parents in Mexico.  I do not know where to start.
